Paying for your Delight Drop goodies is as easy as pie! We take the utmost care to keep our site safe and secure for your peace of mind!

You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or even PayPal to make your purchase. We’ll process the payment and clear it from your account once you’ve ordered your fabulous products.

So go ahead, shop ‘til you drop and leave the payment worries to us!

Can I Cancel My Order?

Oopsie daisy, changed your mind about your order? Don’t worry, we’ll do our best to help you out! 

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it for you in a jiffy. But if it’s already been processed and shipped out, you’ll need to go through the return process instead.

Either way, we’ve got your back and we’ll make sure you end up with exactly what you need. Just give us a holler and we’ll take care of the rest!

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

Uh-oh, it looks like we don’t offer gift wrapping. We do however offer gift card messages for any items that are ordered.

How Do Pre-Order Items Work?

Ooh, pre-order items are like a sneak peak into the future! You can order them now, but they won’t be ready to ship until later.

If you decide to order other items at the same time, we may hold your whole order until the pre-order item is ready to go. This means you’ll get all your goodies at once, and you won’t have to worry about any of them going missing in the mail!

How Do I Track My Order?

Ready, set, track! We’re lightning-fast at processing orders, but once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s out of our hands (quite literally!). But don’t you worry, sunshine! As soon as your order sets off on its adventure, we’ll send you an email with a fancy tracking link so you can keep an eye on it like a hawk. Trust us, watching your package travel to you is almost as exciting as opening it!

I Entered My Address Incorrcetly

Can You Deliver My Order On A Specific Day?

Hey there party planner! We’ve got you covered for delivering your gift on a specific day in Melbourne Metro! Just select your specific date required at checkout using the fancy date picker. We’re available to deliver 7 days a week just for you! If you’re a last-minute Larry, our ‘Next Day Delivery’ may be for you and is available if you order before 5pm for delivery the following day. Don’t forget to check our website for eligible suburbs for specific day delivery. 

Can I Send My Order As A Gift?

Well aren’t you just a thoughtful little cookie? Of course, you can send your order as a gift! Simply select the “ship to a different address” option at checkout, and voilà! You can send it straight to the lucky recipient.

But wait, there’s more! You can also add a personalised message at checkout, so your loved one knows exactly how much you care. It’s like sending a big virtual hug wrapped up in a package!

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Hey there, eager beaver! Are you excited to pick up your order? Well, you’re in luck! If you’ve selected local pick up, you’ll get a notification as soon as your package is ready to be collected. It’s like getting a secret message from your bestie! 

Now, all you have to do is hot-foot it down to our pick-up spot at 52 Hargreaves Street, Huntingdale, Victoria. Just make sure to check the pick-up hours first, so you don’t end up banging on our door  like a crazy person when we’re closed! 

Our pick-up hours are:

  • Monday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Tuesday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Wednesday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Thursday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Do You Ship Internationally?

Hey there globetrotter! We would love to ship our goodies to you, but always, we are currently earthbound and unable to offer international shipping. Don’t worry though, we’re working on expanding our reach and hope to take over the world one day (just kidding,,,maybe). Keep checking in with us for updates on when we can send our love and goodies abroad! 

Can I Return My Order?

Hey there! We totally get it if you change your mind, but unfortunately, we can’t offer returns or exchanges on any item if that’s the case. Also, just a heads up that there may be some slight variations between the product you receive and the images on our website, especially for products with prints. But don’t worry, we guarantee that all of our products are top-notch and we’re sure you’ll love them just as much as we do!

My Item Is Faulty Or Damaged, What Do I Do?

Oh no! It’s a bummer that your item arrived damaged or faulty, but don’t worry, we’ve got your back! Please snap a pic of the issue and send it over to us at hello@delighdrop.com.au We’ll get back to you faster than you can say “return and exchange policy!”


Here’s how to return an item:

If we agree in writing to a return of goods, you must:

  • Send the item back to our warehouse in its original (slightly damaged from transit!) condition, with all tags attached and in it’s original packaging. 
  • Email us your receipt or proof of purchase, along with the tracking number for the return postage. If the goods are sent without a tracking number, we won’t be able to issue a refund or send an exchange until we receive them.

And hey, we know it’s not your fault that the item arrived damaged or faulty, so we’ll cover the shipping or postal costs for returning it. It’s the least we can do to make things right! 

Do You Dekliver To PO Boxes?

PO Boxes are totally cool with us! Just keep in mind that this service is only available for standard shipping or express shipping options. SO, no need to worry about missing out on receiving your Delight Drop goodies just because you have a PO Box! 

What Happens If I'm Not Home?

Hey, listen up! If you’re opting for our ‘Standard Shipping or Express Shipping’ service for your order, it will be delivered with an Authority to Leave. If there’s no one available to receive it, the Australia Post drivers will try to leave the package in a safe spot near the front door. In case there’s no safe place, they’ll leave a slip and the package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for pick up. 


Similarly, if you choose our ‘Specific Day Delivery’ or ‘Same Day Delivery’ service, the package with also be delivered with an Authority to Leave. Our drivers will try to leave it in a safe place, but if they can’t. A re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged and the package will be delivered the following day. So, make sure you or your recipient is home on the delivery day to avoid the disappointment of missing out on yours or theirs package!
